Bringing in a sense of camaradarie, along with a desire to constantly improve and strive for being just 1% better everyday, has turned CrossFit Gold Standard Athletics into the premier fitness facility. At CrossFit Gold Standard Athletics, we have all accredited coaches who have achieved the status of L-1, L-2 CrossFit or L-1, L-2 USA Weightlifting Training Certifications. Each class is ran by a coach and structured in a way that provides coaching and modifications to all skill and fitness levels.
